Troubleshooting Ground Faults

To begin troubleshooting Ground Faults, it is important to refer to the inverter's manual and error code system beforehand. Grounded Arrays are build with detection devices (GFP) in order to help you identify the cause. Referring to the Inverter's Manual will then help you find solutions to the Ground Fault in order to prevent damage and potential hazard to the solar array. Residential (Single Phase Inverters) will not have a GFDI fuse and will need to be solved according to the manufacturer's manual.
